I’m so glad you’re here!

For years, I felt completely lost when it came to my own cycle. After being on the pill for 10 years, I came off it - only to be hit with erratic, painful periods, hair loss, adult acne, chronic fatigue and weight gain. I went through endless blood tests and doctor’s appointments (all blood tests came back ‘fine’), only to be told my options were steroids for the hair loss and going back on hormonal contraception to regulate my periods… neither of which felt right for me.

I knew there had to be a better way. That’s what led me to dive deep into naturopathic health and specialise in period coaching. As someone who’s always been passionate about women’s health, it just made sense.

Certified with a worldwide accreditation from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in Health Coaching, my work is shaped by both formal training and lived experience. Through my own journey with painful periods, ongoing learning and supporting women around the world, I’ve built a deep understanding of how the body and menstrual cycle truly work.

I bring everything I’ve learned (and lived through) to help you understand your body, sync with your cycle rather than fight it and finally experience pain-free periods. Because you don’t have to suffer every month, and I’m here to show you how.
